Yesssssssss! I understand what you are talking about. Part of thier reason was US dominates this sport. Such BS! Last Olympics no way was US totally dominating. Did you see those games with Australia, or Japan? Softball is a female dominating sport, I think that is why they pulled it!

The Olympics have too many sports the way it is. I think Softball should stay in the parks, playground, and backyards of those who enjoy it for recreation. I don't see any reason to have it at the Olympic games.

Yes. Now girls who play softball have nothing to aspire too. Unlike almost every male sport that has a professional team, there is nothing for girls to aim for. Just because the US always wins is no reason to take it out.
