I know you have a state chair, then county chairman, then local comitte chair, does the local committee chairman get paid or is it just volunteer, I know he has to be elected by that particular party but does he get paid? How much you think if he does?

I believe they are all paid positions. However, depending upon the size of the city /town, the salary may be low or token. I'm sure that at any level the position carries a certain ammount of power and/or prestige

Does not matter as long as they make a lot of Money under the table and hold the position of Power.

i do not belive they are., the postitions are that of Power, they already get a salary from the position which they hold ,. i.e senator,. congressman, what ever, but chairs and the other oversite heads are power- broking positions
