the easiest way is to take the cylinder , and head off, go to the biggest size pistonavailable for your model and have the cylinder bored and head done to match, also shaving the head, only will increase compression

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We don't know if you have a 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine, how many cylinders, how many valves per cylinder, carbs/fuel injection.

most motor bikes are chain driven. install a larger diameter sprocket on the rear wheel. top speed will suffer though
this what all motorcyclers do to climb hills.

im no expert here, but if its a four stroke, wonders can be achieved with dome pistons and higher duration cams, as well as good flowing exaust.
