Yes and no. Deleting software programs will probably give your computer a little more zip; less softwares' processes and startup programs translate to more speed. Deleting photos and video in of itself probably won't increase your computer performance. After deleting the files, you should defragment your hard drive. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragment. What Disk Defragment does is to group files together and thereby speed up the computer when it needs to open a file. While you at it, perform a Disk Cleanup as well to clean out obsolete files taking up space on your hard drive.

somewhat that is going to run it. yet no longer on extremely. probably extreme, yet which will be pushing it with those photos playing cards (those are type of a weak photos playing cards). besides the undeniable fact that the strong information is that BF3 looks outstanding even on extreme. On extreme evidently better than ninety 9% of the video games out on the instantaneous. And why do you've 2 diverse photos playing cards listed? you've a Nvidia 550 GTX Ti 1GB and a Nvidia 650 GTX. the superb names of the playing cards are a GTX 550 Ti, and a GTX 650. Neither of those playing cards are somewhat very strong. they are mid-variety with the GTX 650 being a tad better. i'd get a much better card like a Radeon HD 7850 or a GTX 660.

Also Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Clean Up. This will compress your old files and delete your temporary internet files, cookies etc.

just deleting files (pictures. documents) off the disk wil not make it run any faster. Deleting programs that are running at startup time will make it run faster, but don't delete anything you need.
An excellent free disk cleaning utility is CCleaner.
