Best romantic comedy I have seen in a long time would be "Love Actually".
Cast includes: Keira Knightley, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson
Another one would be Bridget Jones Diary 1 & 2.

1 As Good as it Gets- Jack Nickelson is superb as an OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) sufferer in this very unusual romantic comedy.
2. Groundhog Day - Andie McDowell and Bill Murray find themselves repeating the same day over and over again... probably Murray's finest hour.
3. There's Something About Mary - This is one that can make you cry because you are laughing so hard!
4. Amelie - Awesome french film
5. Annie Hall- Woody Allen’s masterpiece covering the romantic ups and downs of a Jewish writer
6. Shrek (animated)
7. Joes Apartment

I wouldn't recommend a movie to learn English. Go to a community
college or junior college and sign up. You can then get 1 on 1
help in learning the language.

THE BEST IS ACTUALLY LOVE ACTUALLY,ANOTHER GREAT ONE IS NOTTING HILL WITH HUGH GRANT AND ABOUT A BOY WITH HUGH GRANT AND TONI COLETTE,SHAUN OF THE DEAD WAS A HYSTERICAL DARK ENGLISH COMEDY.BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AND OF COURES THE BRIDGET JONES MOVIES.
