Lately I haven't wanted to see ANYONE! I am feeling just miserable and lock myself in my room and play music loudly. What can I do to make myself happy again?

Without knowing why you don't feel like seeing people anymore and/or whats happened to not want to be social then it's really impossible to answer your question because we don't know whats made you unhappy to start with. More information please.

It sounds as if you are depressed. You need to see your doctor and tell him/her about it. If your doctor thinks it is depression, then you may get meds. BUT, don't just take the meds and expect to get 'over it.' Meds just mask the symptoms to help you feel better. You NEED to see a counselor to find out why you are depressed and to learn how to work thru whatever it is that is depressing you. Taking meds and doing counseling will help a lot. I have been thru this. I eventually got off of the meds and was able to quit the counseling. But, it took time and a lot of work on my part.

What has made you get in this condition? Maybe different bad guy choices or heartaches? It's ok to be alone for awhile to get your head on straight. If you think that a guy is going to make you happy, you're wrong. Nobody can make you happy. Enjoy your time with you and know that their is someone for you somewhere.

u may feel that these people r hurting u inside n are affecting ur life in a way that u cant handle so u decided the best way to handle it is to shut everyone out of ur life so u dont have to get hurt! u need to honestly tell these people how u feel n if they r people u love n they love u they will leave u alone.

It sounds like you may be suffering from depression. There is nothing wrong with going to a professional to find out, there is only something wrong not going. You need to believe that your worth checking it out. There are so many new medicines that can help and there's nothing wrong with using them. But please do something the world's missing you!

You are just very depressed right now for some reason or other. You need someone to talk to that's all. Hey I'm here if you need someone to talk to, I'm a good listener.

Try turning off the negative music your playing.
Just because you dont "feel like it" , just get out, evn if you dont FEEL like it.
Feelings come and go , you cant do evrything based on your feelings.
