b/c there has to be editing and reshooting
otherwise the movie would be really bad
look at lotr
there had to be many reshoots and such
until the final cut was made and then it was released

That's how Sony works. A new story and scrip have to be make, CGI does not take 2-hours to make. Movies are shot in a 6-months period, then the editing, mixing, recording, film process, all of that takes time. Don't worry, they start filming in August.

filming is not done yet that's why filming will be done soon but they have to edit it that takes awhile plus special effects. so just wait

If you want to try and watch it now be my guest....I'm sure the theaters aren't crowded and the popcorn is probably fresh....just don't tell anyone the ending......=)
