New laptops sell as low as $600US these days,and they come with a warrantee.
You will get what ever someone is wiling to pay for it. You could look on E-bay to see if anyone is selling a similar model and see how much they get for it. Or you could just put it up for auction.

That would depend on what software it comes with, if its just the standard laptop or if you fixed it up, etc. Laptops are really coming down in price, so many people aren't looking to buy used ones anymore. Put it on ebay with a starting value of whatever you feel you can't live without (my rough guess would be maybe $250 - $300, without knowing anything else about it).
