Guy here.Whenever they feel ready without the social s*it about ages and stuff.When u are ready u just feel it.I lost mine at 13 with an older girl and kept it going for a long time.It gave me expirience and knowledge of the matter.Sex is where we come from so dont treat it like its a dirty unethical thing.
Bottom line when u feel ready go for it.
