Having owned several coffee stands, I've found it's best to buy your coffee cups from your coffee supplier. People who try to nickel and dime every purchase end up spreading their purchasing over several different companies. The problem is the money you save is usually wasted in extra accounting, tracking measures to make sure you get everything, and poor service from unproven vendors.

Purchasing power goes a long way. When things get tough, or you're negotiating new pricing or you need credit extended, total annual sales makes all the difference. You lose your leverage when you spread your purchases over too many vendors. You're not really important to any of them.

Sams Club, or any of the other warehouse stores!

Or go to http://www.sysco.com

They're probably the largest supplier to the food industry in the country and can supply pretty much anything and everything that you'll need.

Try e-bay if they need to be identical, or if they don't start hitting the thrift stores and garage sales.
