Heheheh... No tipping rule in Singapore. No tipping anywhere, fastfood or otherwise.... If you hate tipping, come live in Singapore.
But everywhere you go, you'll still pay the 5% Goods and Services Tax by law. On top of that, if you visited restaurants, you'll have to pay additional 10% Service Charge. And on top of all that, If you visited a Pub/Club you'll have to pay additional additional 3% Entertainment Tax by law.
We're very lawful here... no need to tip but forced to pay more everywhere you go...

No.
At fast food places the employees are paid a standard wage, at or above minimum wage.
At full-service restaurants the servers are paid $2.35/hr, and depend on tips for their income.

No, and in California waiters and waitresses are paid more by the hour than fast food employees so I don't know why they deserve a tip.

No, it is not common practice to tip at a fast food place. But, think of how nice it would be if you did (provided they earned it).
I would say, if someone goes out of their way to make your experiance a truly pleasant one.... Tip them and make them feel good!!! Have fun!

I don't eat fast food. The workers are dirty and also the food. I can't go near them. I am allergic to fast food...just the thought of it makes me sick already..so why would I tip?

I don't tip at fast food places. In formal restaurants where they serve real, fancy food and there are waitresses, then I will tip.

No, because they pay the employees. I only tip in places where tips are a normal part of an employees pay.

No.... LOL you don't you pay at the counter or the drive though the reason theres no tips is because there is no waiters the whole reason to tip is to tip the waiter. If theres no waiter or waitress theres no tip.
