What is your opinion of the movie, specifically the performances of Daniel Day-Lewis and Cameron Diaz as Bill and Jenny?

Daniel Day-Lewis is AMAZING in anything he does. He is such a great actor and I thought he did an awesome job in this role especially. I've never really cared for Cameron Diaz myself but she was definitely right for this movie. I love Gangs of New York, I love the scene when Leo leaves the boys home and he drops the Bible in the water and it looks black. I always end up feeling really bad for the Butcher, I can't hate him totally. I like reading up on the facts behind the movie, the real gangs of New York, it's pretty interesting stuff.

I only saw part of it, but I thought it was a pretty good movie. I don't really know what happened at the end though, I didn't get to see that part.

I thought it was a very good movie, very violent. All of the Actors did a great job.
