Clinique makes excellent skin products, including make-up. I live in a humid climate, so I break-out and get oily easily. I use their 3-step skincare: liquid face wash, clarifying lotion, and moisturizer. I also use their Superbalanced foundation which keeps my skin from getting oily. They have a few other types of foundation you should look into. Just go to their counter at a local department store, and try some on to see what you like best.

You can wear makeup but don't wear foundation because it clogs the pores. All foundation clogs the pores. If you brush on a powder foundation that might be okay depending on how oily your skin gets during the day. Keep your hair away from your face because the oil in your hair will make you break out.
Watch your diet as well. If you eat junk food or oily foods like chips and candy, it will show up on your face.
I am 40 and still have acne so I never wear any foundation. I only wear eye makeup and a little blush and lipstick.

You can try Bare Minerals by Bare Escentuals. I have oily skin and I can wear this foundation with no issues. I've been wearing Bare Mineral for over 3 years. The nice thing is that it doesn't clog your pores, plus a little goes a long way. You also determine the coverage you want. Once you put it on if you feel you need more then you can add more. you just have to make sure that you buff it into the skin.
If you're near a Bare Escentuals boutique or Sephora store stop in and check it out.

Hmmm... Highly reccomend Pur Minerals! Always works! It is chemical-free, and it works like a charm. You can order it from the shopping channel if you live in Canada. In the U.S you can get it probably from anywhere! Smashbox is a good tool as well, it is low in the chemicxals and it works!
CLinique and covergirl work as well, but I am not sure about the chemicals in those
Goooooood LUCK

Kohl's actually sells make-up for acne-prone skin. It's oil free and has some medication in it. Here's a link to their website so you can check it out for yourself: http://www.kohls.com/main/kohls_BB_GS_subcategory.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=158118859&bmUID=1151796882815

loose powders are best they will give some coverage ,and even out your tone with out aggravating your condition, and causing more acne ... been there... physicians formula makes a decent one at a reasonable price.
