yes, it has been my fault quite a lot of times. yes, i owned up to it. without being confronted? probably about 50% of the time, the other 50% was after being confronted.
i hate owning up to things but my conscience always gets the better of me and if the situation were reversed, i know i'd rather someone was honest with me, even if they've f*cked up. you can deal with anything as long as you know the truth.

I could say that I at times I blame myself for being too eager or to take decisions at a risk and challenge life as an adventure. Yes, it could have for several occasions been my fault. We must remember that knowledge through experiences is a process of humane development.

i believe fault to be to strong of a word, the fact is we all make choices, some good some not so good, if we feel we have made a choice that had a negative effect then we should own up to it and do are best to correct it....oh yea I've made allot of choices over the years that i would rather not owned up to.some have been forgiven others haven't ,oh well life happens

Depends on the severity of the "fault" and who all it afects. I usually own up to my faults because it's easier; and, everybody has faults.

I have found that it is *usually* my fault.....so i might as well just admit it and get it over with.
Sorry, my fault.
