beautifull- puppies, manners, a choir leading praise and worship, standing up for what u believe in, honesty, meeting the man God picked for you, the Rocky Mountains, the ocean, loving your body because you have a little pudge or dimples or freckles, not in spite of them, doing a kind deed anonymously, trying something new, planting a tree in memory of someone you lost, getting lost in your love's eyes and not caring about getting found, pink roses, sending her flowers at work just because, dancing in the rain...
ugly- disrespect, abuse, evil, mean jokes, talking yourself out of a much needed vacation, over-analyzing everything, wasting time, not letting the your loved ones know how important they are to you, sin (not sinners), losing hope, forgetting say please and thank you, hating yourself, being afraid, rudeness, violence, backing down when others are depending on you... I think a lot of things are ugly, but I'd rather not list them all, no need to dwell on the negative! :)
