make sure your condensate drain is draining properly. That is usually on eof the biggest reasons why a unit would freeze up. Also check your freon levels, make sure the pressures aren't too high. Make sure your furnace filter is clean and the t-stat is not set to low as to cause the unit to run constant.

First: Clean the filter and brush the cooling coil. If that does not work call a service man. Your unit is probably low on cooling gas.
