Bach's "Passacaglia and Fugue" (listen to a snippet on iTunes or amazon, you'll recognize it). Very powerful funerary piece written for some prince or another.

I also like Green Day's "Time of Your Life" but somehow I don't think I'd want to be buried to a song which has the subtitle of "Good Riddance."
