What do you mean by skanky?
Do you mean really short skirts with their **** hanging out? You mean skin tight belly shirts with their titties hanging out?
You know, in some countries all over the world, they don't even wear tops? In some countries, you can go to the bank wearing a G string. How do you feel about your country now? You should feel grateful you are living in the most puritanical western country on earth I guess. In most other countries, you turn on the TV and it is all naked T and A, did you know that fact?

some wear the clothes because they feel comforable in them. lets put it this way do you have a favorite pair of pants or a top that you really like? and if you do then you know why some people wear the skanky clothes.

Because they have no clue how stupid they look and they want a lot of attention. They just don't get that the attention they do get isn't of the best quality.
Oh well...variety makes life far more interesting.

They have low self esteem and think they are unattractive, therefore think that is the only way they can get attention from guys.

They have such low self-esteem that they feel the need to flaunt their bodies (whether attractive or not) to get attention and make them feel worth something.
