Short answer: buy a hundred bags.

Long answer:
A cubic foot is 1x1x1 foot. A cubic yard is 3x3x3 feet, or 27 cubic feet.

For 200 cubic feet of bagged mulch, that's 100 bags, or $169. (Your bagged mulch costs $0.845 cents a cubic foot.)

For the bulk mulch, to get 200 cubic feet would be approximately 8 cubic yards (8x27 is 216 cubic feet). So that would cost $26x8 or $208. (Suprising to me, but the bulk mulch costs more per cubic feet than the bagged-- cost is $26/27 or over $0.96 cents a cubic foot.).

One cubic yard equals 27 cubic feet.

So, 1 cubic yard = $26 = 27 cubic feet. If I have done my math correct this works out to $.96 per cubic foot.

By the bag; $1.69/2 cubic feet = .85 per cubic foot.

Yikes...seems crazy that it is cheaper to buy it by the bag.

135 cu. ft. total. But, how are you going to get it to where you need it? You will need a dump truck to haul it. Call a construction company or an independant backhoe/dumptruck operator in the yellowpages. The will give you a quote. The average cost for a bobtail dump truck is $65.00/ hr. Usually with a 3 hour minimum.
