I don't think it was really that they played bad I think they just had the wrong players out at the wrong time. Rooney really pissed me off and I was actually happy when he got that red card. I felt bad for all of them at the end. Beck's had to be taken out of the final game as captain. It's a sad day for England fans.

It depends on how you judge the game. The Egland Defence was excellent which why Portugal could not score when England were a man down. On the other hand, the attack was shameful.
As for the penalties, I think we should ask for a public enquiry as to how Gerald could not score.

England wasnt bad at all...they were very good playin wit only 10 men, David Beckham was injured, Wayne Rooney got a red card, and Joe Cole got subbed out, and they were left wit a few good players...they did an excellent job. im very proud of them...they are definitely heroes

Football is just a game, winning and losing is part of the game too, but this talk you are having here is just irrelevant. Both the teams played equally well. What does ZERO to ZERO mean to you? Zero to Zero is how a game has ended, but FIFA wanted to produce a winner out of these 2 heroes, that's why a match had to be extended that far.
I'm not English. I'm not Portuguese either. I'm just fair and neutral.

How bad where England? Do you mean were England?
Really bad although they played better after Rooney was sent off.
However, they never played well enough to deserve to win.

I believe England played fair...the score was 0-0 throughout the game..and they were even short a player so they played well..I believe they could have won it if Beckham stayed in the game...personal opinion!!
