It was stolen at the library several days ago. I'm still a member of the American Idol VIP Lounge. I can't find the e-mail address or number to contact.

First, you should contact your library, if you haven't already. (Physically do it, not just through email).
Second, read through the Terms of Service. The only email/address I can find is UltraStar Entertainment LLC, which owns the club, site, etc.

American Idol VIP lounge? lol... sorry. I don't think you'll be getting your bag back. Thieves don't exactly return things when they are done with them.
