I feel a jerk , a grindin noise at times and like somethin is gettin cauhgt on somethin than releasing itself. Does it alot going up hill dont know why tho.....could that be my U-joints going bad? Can something tell me what the problem might be. ?

check the rear end and yes it could have some to do with the u. Put it in park and push it forward if you hear it making nois and if it travels more than just about 3 inches Id say u's.

I'd check the following things:

-Transmission fluid & filter
-Rear end
-Drive shaft & U-Joints at both ends
-Transfer case (if you have a 4x4 model)

Here's something to try:
With the vehicle running, put your foot on the brake. Put it in Drive. When you do this, as it shifts into forward gear, is there a noticeable "clank", like metal on metal? (Try it with reverse too.) If so, I'd say one or both U-Joints are bad.

If you are pulling up to a red light, and come to a stop, does it feel like something is "loading up", and then you feel a jerk, like someone hit the back of the car? If so, then I'd check the transmission. Weak/dirty fluid or extremely low on fluid.
