Mary Kay. It's cheaper than any of those brands and MK has a special line dedicated to teens to help fight acne and other skin problems. It is in a cleanser and moisturizer, but not made in a toner, you are still young, you usually start using that in your late teen's/early twenties.

Lancome is the owners of Loreal, which is just as good and would be less expensive than Lancome. I prefer Clinique, and no you are not too young. I started cleansing, toning, and moisturizing my skin before I was 13. My grandmother was a cosmetoligist, so I grew up knowing. I use Clinique's, cleanser, clarifying lotion(toner), and moisturizer everyday, and I still have no real signs of aging (wrinkles) and I am close to 40. Take care of your skin now, my son's are 11 & 13, and they use Clinique cleanser, and Seabreeze antiseptic toner, which for small breakouts is great. They have good skin, and will continue to have it because they started now.

In my experience, I have found that Dior makes better eye makeup and lipglosses. Chanel specializes mostly in fragrance and has a line of lipglosses that are nice. Lancome has great tanning products, such as bronzing lotions and invigorators. If you want cleansing products for your skin, Clinique is perfect. Moisturizers can be found almost anywhere, but the best products are sold at C. O. Bigelow. They carry L'Occitane, Molton Brown, etc., all of which are great brands for moisturizers. I don't know if you're looking for moisturizing shampoos, but Frederic Fekkai is also sold at C. O. Bigelow. Their glossing shampoo and conditioner is great for dry hair because it contains pure olive oil, which restores shine and luster. It also smells amazing!

All of those designer brands are made for more mature skin (like over 30 or 40 and up). Your skin has different needs. Clinique is actually formulated for younger skin and a lot of teens use it. Just be aware that it is pricey. You can find good products for less at the drugstore or natural market too.

I like Chanel for colors of eyeliner, eye shadow, etc.
But for skin care, I use all-natural products from a company called Aarbon. Its in Switzerland, but you can look them up on the web.
Hope this helps!!
