i have this friend that i think is being a snot to all my other friends what do i do? how do i tell her to be nicer without hurting her feelings

well if she is hurting the feelings of others without knowing what she is doing then you can bring her attention to that. If she is doing it on purpose then you should tell her that she is being rude to ur other friends and that she should treat people the way she wants to be treated = that's the secret to being NICE with others .
You really should do something about it before things get really ugly. Advise her in an indirect way if it doesn't work then you should be straight with her by pointing out her misbehaviour.

Find some time with you and this friend alone, calmly explain to him/her that the way they come across can be kind of harsh. Tell them you value their friendship but you can't really hang out with them if they're going to be mean to the rest of your friends. If all of your friends are snubbing this person then they should eventually get the hint.

You have to say "you are not being nice to my other friends and I think that you should be nice to them." If she is a true friend than she should do this for you.

The truth matters even if you are hurt or not or even if you hurt or not! How is she supposed to know why she loses her friends if nobody tells her why?!

ur friends u dont have to suga coat it, ask her why she is being snotty to the otha ones.. then once u know the reason it will help u out..tell her how important it is to u that all ur friends get along..most times a few of em wont n that is fine they dont all have to get along.

It all depends on her reaction after you tell her. Just tell her that it concerns you how she is treating your friends and just ask her why she does it? Maybe she needs to be told the truth about it. Just be to the point about it.
