it comes and goes and it not always there but i sure notice it when it is.

which fingertips? if its the middle finger and ring finger it could be corpal tunnel... but even if it is i doubt it is corpal tunnel.... people get misdiagnosed with it all the time.. more likely its just sore muscles... workout a little, and massage that area, if it presests go see a praticed massage therapist and get some trigger point therapy done. If and only if it presests after that go talk to your doctor if it is messing with your fuctionallity

If you do a lot of computer work, or other repetitive motion, you may have impacted your ulnar nerve which runs from elbows to your hand. Make sure you do things ergonomically. You may also want to tell your doctor, physical therapy can help.

check with your doctor if it is tendinitis or carpal tunnel syndrome? only the doctor will confirm if it is any one of these conditions.
numbness indicates a serious condition. If it is on your left arm, it may be affecting the heart.

Maybe you are some how cutting the cerculation off in your arm. By a certain way you are bending your arm.

carpal tunnel syndrome, slipped neck disc, high blood pressure, blood clot.... many possibilities, go to the doctor!
