Personally, I think anyone off the street could do a better job.
First of all, I'd try to offload as many players as I could for expiring contracts.
Then, I'd trade some of the bigger names to teams that need them for 2 or 3 players that would complement the team. I don't know...Steve Francis to Philly for Dalembert and Korver...I didn't do the CBA math, but you get the point...Philly wouldn't be crazy enough to do that though.
I don't think it would be that hard to make this team half-decent, but with an idiot like Isaiah...anything can happen.
What are your suggestions?

Trade Steve Francis to someone who needs a point guard. Trade some of the guards for some draft picks, or maybe a consistent center if I could get one. Try and pick up someone who can co-exist with Maurbury this off-season, perhaps Peja Stojakovic.
