burns:only serum proteins and water with high/low salt!
tumour cell: natural killer cells kill sometumourcells by creating perforin lined walls in the plasma membrane and thatalow entry of water into the target call wich causes the cell to expand and burst ( defence mech.)

Interstital fluid (the fluid that is in your cells) accumulate in a blister. It is clear in color. If it is any other color, that would indicate infection, see a doc for an antibiotic.
