He would be treated the same as everyone else. If you want him to lose his license call his doctor and explain what is happening when he is driving, this is just because you care.

good question. i'm handicapped with peripheral neuropathy and that i placed on leg braces. i will not stand unaided. yet i am going to operate my truck below all situations and that i have about a nil.28 2d reaction time (popularity to foot on the brake). might want to I be forbidden to pressure because I actually have a actual obstacle? using in straight forward words takes 5-10 pct actual attempt and it takes one hundred pct psychological concentration. If the hand-eye-foot coordination meets operational criteria, then the privilege might want to no longer be restricted or revoked. notwithstanding, the clinical career might want to be required by regulation to record any actual or psychological obstacles to the DMV and also to inform the driver that he/she will be in a position to be required to record to the DMV for further driver evaluation, jointly with a highway try. all people being dealt with for alcoholism or drug habit might want to no longer be licensed - era - until eventually cleared by clinical authority.

I think everybody who is stupid enough to drive while they are drunk or high ought to lose their license forever.
Uh, how did your friend get into that wheelchair in the first place? Was he driving drunk?

Why risk it?! No one needs to drive under the influence at any time, no one! Besides, I would think a call to the licensing bureau
of your state could answer that question.

I think handicapped drivers should stay off the road's. It's bad enough we have to deal with drunk drivers, teenagers, people who talk on there phones, old farts, and just stupid drivers in general.
