well u can casually bump into him and start with an "oh, im so sorry" then move on to " i have seen u around, i am ______, u r ? (or say her name if u know it) if u know him from being someones friend throw that in there. say something like ..how would u like to go to the..(park)..(beach)..(somewher that might be of interest to him)..start with something in the day time..that way its not so much a date for him yet..then if it goes well..afta a few times of hanging out..then ask him for a date..READ THIS ok so that it dont sound like u r askin him out on a date at first ..make sure u throw in a or just hang out sometime..and follow it up with a or " whatever u like to do". maybe if he dont know u then u can add a ..since i dont know that many ppl, maybe u and i can just hang out sometime if u like ( this part is important, then if he is receptive) offer up ur phone number. now some men like to play alil hard a-s-s so if they dont call right away..dont stress..they will, then anytime u see him u can say .."hey how r u?, u look good, well call me sometime n we can go do something, then say ill see u lata n let it be ( making it short makes him think that u noticed him but ur not desperate) n they like to be the one to leave first so make sure U leave first. u may glance back ONCE and only once, so u can see if he is lookin if he is then SMILE n keep on ur way, dont wave.. him lookin is a good sign.

very carefully guys you don't know may not be ones you want to approach. as far as being shy and sensitive you pretty much just have to suck it up and remember that even if they aren't interested most people won't be straight up mean or anything like that (and if they are you are just extra grateful that you didn't waste energy caring about them), most will opt for making an excuse instead of outright rejection. so provided that you are sensitive enough to take a hint it really won't be that bad even if it doesn't work out. nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Just be yourself, that's relay the best thing you can do... As the girl you don't relay have to do the approaching if you don't want to, simply let him know your open to having him come over...and he will(maybe).
Get over the idea that you might say or do something that will make you look dumb, stupid, geeky or whatever....you will do those things, everyone does...it's human. Just don't let it bother you. If it does happen, just ignore it and move on. It's not work agonizing over.
