Well I must say if he's not into you I don't honestly think there is much that you can do. However it never hurts to try, so maybe built up a conversation, a normal ever day talk. Find out information, try not to be very demanding. You may find out that both of you have much more in common than you think. He may have some likes that you like, find something that both of you can relate to, then take it from there. The ball's in your court, you need to make the right play. Do not however, try to buy him, by this I mean gifts etc. He would certainly detect you are trying to hard. All you can do is try, you may never know. Once is all it takes, so make that move..suttle and with dignity!!!

just be yourself and dont push yourself up on him to hard everybody is not gonna like you do not waste to much time trying to get his attention cause you may be missing out on someone who really likes you and is thinking the same thing your thinking about this guy.
