Children with serious reflects or none get to drive at 2 a scooter or a cart, at 6 most could drive if the vehicle is safe for others (oldies), at younger age some fly and navigate. It sure seems obvious law and permits are common, yet they sure are non acceptable from pessimist and bossy characters. This kind of question helps stamina and information process candor. Bye.

14 is too young. The current law of 15 (I think that's what it is here in oregon) is just right. 12 is way too young.
