If you haven't been able to get the paint out with all the usual methods (water, carpet cleaner, ammonia, bleach, etc) then you might have to cut the section of carpet out and get a new piece added in. If the carpet is shaggy, you might be able to just cut the fibers that are stained out. Depends on how big of an area you are talking about. Good luck with that!

Energine is a good product to do it but it smells and may even take a little color out of the carpet. It will be better than the stain tho.

Go to the paint store, they have stuff there to get paint out of carpet. Stuff painters use when they spill paint.

I'd say bleach (Cloroks) Pour alittle bit on the dirty surface then scrub on it really hard for a while, then leave it there for 5 minutes then repeat.
