Theres alot to do but it depends on what you are into. You can go to San Fran and hang out, lot o good restaurants. You can go to the pier and walk around or take a boat ride to Alcatraz. Some people like the Metreon.

Go downtown SF and shop or people watch.. Make sure you don't step in any bum urine in the alleys. Go to Pier 39.. Wonderful, place to people watch and eat. If you like wine. Go winetasting in Sonoma or Napa. Have fun! I wish i still lived there.
