Sure. Hooters is a restaurant with reasonably good food and pretty waitresses who usually give good service.

The uniforms the girls wear are sexy but more than what is worn at the beach or pool.

If you want to give the kid a real thrill, spend the five bucks it takes for him to have his picture taken with the Hooters Girls. :-)

No. The place is skanky and the food sucks. If he's a mature 15 year-old, take some other suggestions from him and pick one we're he'll likely have fun and has great food. Despite being rather cliche, a hotel can in fact be a great place for a party.

Women who are for women's rights are very upset about the restaurante "Hooters"... I personally don't understand why. The women working are covered in the areas that they need to be, granted that their shorts are short and their shirts are a bit low cut. The reason he wants his party there is because he's a teenager and there's excitement in the restaurante "Hooters"... I'd say go for it.

If my parents took me to hooters on my 15th birthday, they would have had some major cool points, but instead i had a "family gathering", how boring can you get?

I think they will enjoy the party there. Maybe not the first choice for a teenager's birthday, but chuck e cheese is a little young for a 15 year old.

No. The girls are scantily-clad and there is alcohol being served there. Why not throw a big party outdoors where the kids can go wild instead? Maybe something at a lake with fishin' and canoes? I recommend Outback Steakhouse. It can be expensive, but you'll find no big, round, bouncing boobs in his young, wide-eyed face. I know why he wants to go there...

You should know why he wants to have the party at Hooters...the Hooters. If you're ok with it, then let him have the party. If not, go paintballing or lasertag or something else.

There is nothing showing in there, all the girls are dressed skimpy though. It really depends on the type of mom you are. Call to see if minors are allowed. If so, then you know too much can't be revieling or they wouldn't be allowed. But do expect skinny waitresses with big boobs, short shorts and low cut tank tops

No. Try some other place like Boston pizza or Red Robin's. Plus, If I'm not mistaken, They don't allow minors in that place.
