He just Buys lots of the same clothes. Remember he rips them off every time therefor they are no longer wearable. Look at old Lois and Clark Episodes, there is a scene in which they show inside of Clark's closet, and all he has in there are lots of the same shirts and pants, and nothing else.

Good question!! I guess we'll never know... probably one of his little helpers picks them up after he rips them off and takes them go to get repaired, lol.
