this is a statement not a question. you have not presented why the USA is fascist in your OPINION, so it is nothing more then a 1 sided statement with no facts.

Not sure, but classicly people would deny this is a fascist state because the most popular example, Hitler's Germany, had genocidal death camps towards the end. What people don't take into account are the 12 years leading to the creation of these death camps. America is currently on an identical path...and this includes the building of detention facilities for up to 1 million people scattered all over the country by FEMA.

Now, on to what exactly IS a Fascist State, here's the list of symptoms:

These 14 points are not made up for today, but are the results of studies done immediately after WW2.

I do not know if the Us is fascist. But many here(since they voted in a megalomaniacal Caesar I would have to say most)are arrogant and full of themselves. Instead of working with the World they believe that because they out lasted the Soviets that the World should bow down and kiss our a****. Uncle Sam is cool so long as when he say jump you don't ask why but how high, and can I do it 12 more times? With everyone having hot and cold running water, their A/C, SUVs, ipods and broadband access. who cares is someones daughter got shot accidentally at her wedding because they were following tradition and fires celebratory in top the air? who cares if someone lost a son because he was working in a market and some one blew it up trying to get the occupying soldiers there? Live the Bush hypocrisy. Say out one side of your mouth the troops are their to bring a better life to the Iraqi people, but if 50,000 of them have to die to do it it is OK. Better then dying their, than anyone here. And these neocons cannot say it was worth it to stop the suffering of the Iraqi people. Sub Saharan Africa has seen 10s of thousands dead by conflict, and millions dead as a byproduct of the waring. I never seen Uncle Sam make no effort to go there and set things right? Wonder why...........??

Yes the US is fascist but it is the least fascist state on earth. examine your terms, fascism is the advocation of private operational control of the means of production, while the state remains superior to all. Communism is the abolition of private property entirely with the state controlling the means of production. Capitalism is absence of coercion by the state on a means of production which is solely owned by private individuals. So yes all nations on earth are now fascist, but the US is still the least enslaved. And it is for two reasons generally speaking that the rest of the world dislikes the US (though I'm sure there are in fact thousands of individual reasons) one is because of what I've said that the US is the least enslaved country on earth, with no freer country for comparison, the US finds it easy to call itself free (though it is not) other countries however have to justify their higher level of coercive control over their populace and the US's success undermines this. the second reason is because of their expansionistic tendencies. If you meant by "unconsidered" actually inconsiderate then you'd be wrong hence their expansionistic tendencies, they consider the rest of the world alot they simply wish to maintain their supremacy over it.

I believe you will find that when the rest of the world has problems the USA is the first to the rescue. Why oh why is the USA and its people always being accused of this? Would the world be happier if we just closed our doors and hearts? Would the aide of the USA and the feeding of millions be missed? If you can answer these with a no then then I guess we are fascist and not considerate. If you can answer with a yes, you would better rethink your question.

Please do not say "USA society" because this implies everyone in and from the U.S. The rest of the world needs to know that the U.S. government decides foreign policy and action- yes we elect our officials, but we aren't given many choices. We have two incompetent dominating political parties to choose from. Still, ultimately, those in government do what they want; and it has become uncontrollable with this particular administration. I am an USA born citizen, a member of USA society, but I do not agree with the government's actions. I did not vote for Bush.
But to answer your question, the U.S. government believes that they are liberating the rest of the world by imposing "Democratic principles and values." They proclaim invasions as a "U.S. responsibility" to free the rest of the world (as they did after World War II) but, as history will show, U.S. political leaders are increasingly big business executives, investors, or board members, and therefore are in the business for market entry, expansions, takeovers, and if possible, complete control of the marketplace. U.S. Foreign policy has become a way for U.S. companies to get into and stay in foreign markets. If the U.S. government was really in the business of liberating people from oppressive governments and "protecting the American People", why isn't the government in countries that are an obvious and immediate threat, North Korean and Iran; heck, in reality, they wouldn't have to look to much further than their own backyard.

There are those of us in America that agonize over this problem and the best solution. As with any complex society we have some grave problems compounded by the big target placed on our heads by someone who was questionably elected. An attitude of "forgive them they know not what they do" would be welcome. As we in America with any real leverage and clout work tirelessly to save our very lives. There are those of us who are terribly troubled by Americas past and present policies and I personally apologize for the agonies we have bestowed upon other countries. I am an American and believe in our Constitution which errodes with each passing day. But never, ever do I forget that I am a responsible, contributing member to this PLANET. We need your love, support, thoughts of peace and your informed voices to your leaders The true American knows that when it is right, keep it right, when it is wrong make it right. A value that should be held by everyone in every nation on this planet. That is what I think of when I see our flag along side the many other flags of other nations. Just thought you should know.

History teaches that periods of relative peace occur when you have a benign power that is ready to provide public services to maintain an orderly global system—even if it means paying a disproportionate share of the costs.
The U.S. gives more money and humanitarian aid than any other country in the world. We burden a disproportionate cost for sure. I am proud to be an American and I am proud that we are doing good in this world. It takes time and the road isn't always straight but I challenge you to find a country who would handle our wealth and power as brilliantly as we have. Many would become isolationist or extremists. What good would that do?

Most of the US isn't fascist by any means. As far as their re guard for the rest of the planet goes, some of the reasons for (mostly) conservative backward-thinking is:
1)Unlike Europeans, a lot of US citizens have never been outside of their country, just like GW Bush before he was selected. So, their views are formed by what they learn from their parents, and from what they see on TV, and having never experienced it for themselves, the basic thinking is that nothing exist outside the US.
2)A lot of US citizens don't realize that 230 years is a drop in the bucket compared to most civilizations on the planet that have stretched for thousands. They think their way of life is the end-all-be-all, and will basically remain for eternity.
3)A lot are resentful because of the treatment they perceive as "ungrateful" by the rest of the world for the efforts the US makes to "spread democracy". They will turn a blind eye to US corporations pillaging small African countries in the name of making huge profits (and I know that US corporations aren't the only ones doing this) but will raise all kinds of hell when someone in Europe objects to US demands to invade sovereign nations for no clear reason.
4) The whole "we saved your butts in WWII" mentality

Although I agree with hellothere, I see your point. For example, why are we fighting internally about abortion rights when children in Africa are dying everyday from AIDS and young children are being sold as sexual slaves in Southeast Asia.
