Are you asking what careers in general allow a blind person to use braille? Most careers out there can be modified to allow paperwork to be expressed through braille. The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that, if a person is otherwise qualified for the job, that reasonable modifications and accomodations be provided.

If you are asking what job opportunities there are in providing braille services to the blind, check with your nearest school for the visually impaired for publisher names, braille writer manufacturers, or if you'd like to teach... what college they'd recommend.
