Does anyone else remember the headlines when Beckham got sent off against Argentina -' ten heros, one stupid boy'? What price Rooney now then? After all the fuss about his injury and how England would cope without him. The Swede would have been better off leaving him and Beckham at home.

History is vicious circle, it starts from one point, and this ends at the same point, During such course many ups and downs come to reach end point

I absolutely agree with you. And in fact the England team played a lot better after first Beckham and then Rooney were off the field.

If I was England manager, I would leave both of them out of the team for quite some time. Apart from the one free kick against Ecuador Beckham has contributed nothing to this World Cup.
And Rooney, the over-paid and over-rated brainless potato-head with no style and no manners has done nothing at all to justify his inclusion in the team and all the fuss about him. Rooney could not even be bothered to sing the national anthem, while everyone else (even Beckham) sang.
Once again tabloid hype and media frenzy have created an idea that the team could not live up to. Every journalist who wrote or said that "England were the favourites to win this time" should be sent on a long unpaid thinking holiday.

Rooney should have been sent off for that offence but before the television replays nobody could have believed it was worthy of a sending off. Stupid boy, is a bit harsh and having a go at Beckham is unfair he has tried his best for England this World Cup. We did not perform for long enough in this World Cup to be successful.
