Unless you paid for the non-scratch finish to be applied, then there is no way to remove scratches. Even if you paid for the finish...they would have to buff them professionally.

There is a product (as seen on tv) at drug stores. i don't know the name but it takes scratches off.

think it depends on the material your lenses are made out of - some types can be buffed out but others - like mine, I found out too late, - can't be.
