If you mean, is god dreaming, I hope he dont wake soon. If your asking if we are dreaming, that would signify a collective mind. If you think you are dreaming all of this, that would be egotisical.

Is life a dream?
Sometimes, I am sure it feels that way.
I found this poem on the internet - I think it answers the question better than I can.
For most of us life passes like a dream,
Revealing only what is on our minds.
Inside the prison of the self we see
Each object as a shadow on our wall.
Nothingness awaits, as sure as night.
Did I not have you, dear friend, I might,
Shadow on a shade, not be at all.
How much we need a word beyond our sea:
In love and laughter, thoughts of different kinds,
Perhaps, with luck, unraveling a seam.

Pinch yourself. If it hurts youre wide away and not dream...if it doesnt hurt dream on cause nothing can hurt you. But isnt it funny how when you dream you can feel the pleasure of arousal? Go Figure!
