Looking for artist to a rap song - "Change"?

Question

I just heard a song today @ a funeral that I attended of a good close friend of mine. It was a rap/R&B song that talked about CHANGE & broken wings? Can anybody tell me who sings this song & the name of it? I was thinking maybe Master P but I'm not sure. Thanks!

I've checked the 2Pac song. That's not the one I'm looking for. This is a new one & talks about broken wings. Seems like there is a female singing as well.
