If those are my choices I'd go with Phoenix. I've heard the cockroaches in Dallas can be saddled and rode around the block! I'm terrified of cockroaches. Phoenix has some beautifull country around it, I've been there. Texas has much to offer, I'm sure, but those big bugs scare me off.

They're both in the sun belt and both host state fairs, so I'd say it's a very close call.

They both are hot as you know what so neither, but if I had to choose, probably Pheonix...
