I try to look cool while my jaw is going slack and agape.
I don't act on anything because I'm a married woman.
If I was single I would make eye contact and smile, maybe stop in my tracks to see if he responds. Maybe even turn around and follow him to see where he goes ( is this stalking?). He may go into a coffee shop or other place where you can actually introduce yourself. Be BOLD, what do you have to lose except a little pride, and you can get over that.

try not to look @ him jus stare away but if hes dat hot n he seems to look @ u cuz he finds u attractive dem jus smile n say hi thennnnn he might stop and asks for ur name
