I can live fine with out sex. How ever if you love your spouse why would you not want to touch (hold hands, kissing, cuddling and etc) If you answer yes to all your questions then I think you want to be a hermit. No one would want to live with out the above. (Maybe-- some, but not many)

I did without sex when I had no choice while I was in the service and there was no females around for hundred of mile and that was the hardest 18 months I went without having sex. I nearly busted a grapefruit nut when me and my girl friend did have sex after that, would I go without it ! ? No ! I'm still in my prime time and I got allot to teach her before I settle down..the longest I've gone without sex now has been no longer than a week since then.

I couldnt.I spent many years on my own and it was bloody awful.I thrive on love and affection,and my man has enriched not just my life,but the life of my 2 girs.
