you really don't see too many overweight chinese people , so i would think that most of the food on the menu are low fat except the fried foods. hell i don't know!!!! but i tried my best to answer this question.

The menu itself... Try it, just tear a small piece off and dip it some "sauce"- its very tasty and extremely low in fat and triglycerides also contains "good" cholesterol.
