If you are referring to just a sunburn then aloe and solarcaine will work very well like everyone has said. If you have sun poisoning you should see a doctor. When you have sun poisoning you will have a sunburn along with flu-like symtoms.

aloe gel helps pull the heat out of a burn and Solarcane helps with the pain - both cool but aloe works best when applied immediately after you come out of the sun.

Mix 1 cup of vinegar into a tub of cool water. Also, cornstarch with enough water to make a paste. Tea Bags soaked in cool water for your eyelids.

If you are referring to sunburn, aloe vera is one if the best things that has helped me, for 'medicine', the spray on 'Solarcaine' really helps the pain, and it easy to apply since you spray it rather than rubbing it on...

yes, aloe works very well. it comes in gel, cream, and plant form. look at a local drug stores for some gel or cream, unless you have an aloe plant handy.

refrigerated aloe vera gel is very, very cool and soothing. i don't know if it will heal any faster but, it feels awesome.

aloe vera- pure gel, not a cream with other crap in it. also drinks lots of water and you can drink aloe vera juice too that would help. sounds nasty but your health is worth it.
