I used to think it was an actual roast. It is really chopped beef reformed in to a chunk of meat that closely resembles the taste of those brown paper towels.

It is processed beef cadaver and beef by products that has been chopped and the fat removed . Chemicals and moisture added and then pressed under high pressure back into a block. It is shaven FRESH just before serving. Yummmmmm YumMMMMM

Yes, it's processed and wrapped in plastic with liquid. The processing is what gives it that wet with an oily sheen consistancy.
