C. Powell doesn't think like a General, therefore he must be an affirmative-action General. No real General would have put up with the namby-pamby Eurocentricity of the State Dept. There would have been MASS FIRINGS!
Besides the fact that he won't run, he's just not President material by any objective analysis.

Years ago, before George W. became president, I would have
supported the idea of him being president. But now I'm not sure.
Also he doesn't want to run.
