Cena is a bit of an overrated wrestler. Vince seemed determined to let him keep his title during his two longer-than-necessary runs.
Unlike most other people online, though, I don't think he's all that bad of a wrestler. WWE just needs to stop watering him down so much. Send him to ECW, he's definately hardcore enough. Or, just let him have an Intercontinental or World Tag Team Championship run.

john cena is the best hands down.. hes the only one that doesnt have to have someone in his corner helping him cheat.. edge has lita... rvd has the whole ecw.. its just john cena by himself and hes gonna be champ again!!!

No, he has no wrestling skills, a horrible gimmick for the most part, and has held the belt fourteen months too long. (Oh, you do realise that wrestling is fake, right?)
