I am Asian so therefore I like some of the exotic ones in USA but common to my country, many of them are in season in summer months. Rambutan, star apple, lychee. The ones common to here are cantaloupe, which I juiced then mixed with water and sugar. It is delicious and refreshing.

Hindi!! Or in English, a prickly pear. You soak it in water to get off the thorns, then peel off the skin, let it cool in the fridge for at least an hour, and then you have a nice refreshing snack! Yummy!!
